We use UPS Ground for the majority of our web orders. We are based in Mills River, North Carolina, and ship on a daily basis, Monday through Friday. Most shipments leave before 4:00pm. Whenever possible, tracking numbers will be made available to you via email.
Shipping & HandlingAll of the products represented online may or may not be in stock at the time of your order, we have chosen not to maintain an online inventory. When an item is in stock it is shipped out right away, otherwise it is ordered from the manufacturer. There will be a delay involved in these backorders, but we will utilize drop shipments whenever appropriate, but some vendors do not provide drop shipment solutions. If you need to receive an item by a certain day or date, please contact the administrator or include a note with your order.  |
